On or about 08/22/2020 Mr. Charles built up his driveway with bricks that took from the abandoned property on the corner of Finch and Tipton. Pretty much from that day on water coming down the ditch would back up at his drain causing our driveway to go under water.
Previously water would flow over our driveway AND OVER HIS when it would rain. So now he can walk across his driveway with dry feet. But now we get even more water backing up and have water over the tops of our shoes.
So, every time it’s raining, when I pull up in my driveway I step out of my van into deep water and have to slosh through water to unlock and open my gate.
Also because the water has nowhere to go, and because he raised his driveway so high, the water is forced to back up into our front yard.
So, not only do I have to slosh through water to get into my gate but once I’m in my front yard, I have to walk through water over my shoes to get to the porch.
