06/04/2021 We take photo of the inside of the city drain pipes. Shows Mr. 6915 has his pipe blocked with Rebar Rods. Yesterday it rained and this rebar caused a clog up forcing water to back up into our ditch and putting our driveway under water. This has been going on for years. His pipe is too small and nearly totally clogged.
As you can see in the pictures Mr. 6915’s pipe is way smaller than everyone else’s pipes.
