06-08-2022 Part 3 – Land Lord Puts up Back Tree Camera.
Obviously Mr. 6915 is Dangerous. No question about it now.
Our Land Lord installs a new camera in the backyard to cover the property line.
While Mr. 6915 has always accused us of having cameras that look into his property’s private areas, it has never been true. If your a neighbor or Government Official who has had the pleasure of meeting him, I’m sure you got an ear full about this. He will literally yell it to anyone who will give him the time of day in an effort to slander us.
All of our cameras are carefully aimed to NOT see into areas we would consider private. Private to us means, a camera should not see what a normal person standing on the city street could not see.
We went even further than that with our driveway cameras being careful to ensure it doesn’t see into Mr. 6915’s covered parking space as we also consider that inappropriate even though its’s technically not private.
On more than one occasion we have offered to let him come see what our cameras can and can not see but he has refused. See the post about the days the elderly lady who lives across the street thought his house was on fire. In that situation he told the fire department that we called them and that we have cameras looking at him. Anyway, go reed that post for more details.
Well, all things considered with the events of today, this policy changed. In consideration of the violent act by Mr. 6915 today, we feel that the threat level has risen to a level justifying more coverage.
It’s not only that Mr. 6915 now acted in a way that generates fear of physical harm, but when you combine that with him constantly on his ladder looking into our yard which my wife has witnessed many times from the kitchen window when she doing is dishes and when she’s working in the backyard, and now I have personally caught him in the act of taking photographs through and over the fence I think it’s appropriate to add coverage.
Plus there is the obvious question of why shouldn’t we do it if you are doing it? Surely someone who thinks that it is OK to hold a camera up and point into someone else’s private space, for what ever reason, should have enough sense to know that doing so more or less forfeits their right to expect anyone else not to do the same thing to them. In other words, why should anyone respect your privacy, if your not respecting theirs.
There is also a sense of protection that comes with this new camera against any additional future false claims against us from Mr. 6915. As we know, just the other day Mr. 6915 made false accusations to the City Inspector claiming that we were saving up our dog poop in 5 gallon buckets and spreading it along his fence line. I over heard him telling the inspector that he actually saw it. I guess that’s an admission of looking over the fence. The bottom line is, the Inspector didn’t find this alleged poop or smell anything.
From our point of view we now know that Mr. 6915 is willing lie, to generate a trail of false accusations, that over time may be seen as collective proof, or generate enough question that one might think there is something to this.
So, yeah, unfortunately we feel that wall to wall coverage of the property line and our property has risen to the level of justifying this new camera.
Hopefully, with time, which we know heals all wounds, we can work things out and all these silly signs and this camera will come down. This is certainly what Sharon and I pray for. We just want to be left alone.
As you can see in this sample image, the camera has a very wide wall to wall view and nicely captures the lovely signs that Mr. 6915 likes to make for our viewing pleasure. I have a feeling Mr. 6915 won’t be hanging out on his ladders anymore unless he wants to make the evening news.
Be sure to check out the post chronicling the history of Mr. 6915’s sign fetish. It’s been going on for years now. We have been abused long enough.

To be clear we are not trying to watch Mr. 6915 or his house, we are protecting our property line from invaders. To be fair, we did take advantage of a feature of the camera called privacy masking. The black squares you see in the image below is what we see on the monitor and what the camera actually records. The privacy masks are set to cover his doors, porch and windows so we can’t see them. We didn’t have that luxury when he is pointing his cameras over our fence.
