While doing dishes this morning, Sharon looked out the window and see’s Mr. 6915 peeping over the fence again.
Sharon came and told me about it. By time I got to the back door of our house, Mr. 6915 had gotten off the ladder but the ladder was still in place where 6915 had been. I took the following photograph of the ladder. The photograph was taken with Terry’s cellphone while standing on Terry’s back porch.

After taking that photo I went inside and put on some shoes so I could go out to see what Mr. 6915 may have been doing back there on the ladder. By time I returned Mr. 6915 had taken the ladder down. At this point I went outside and took this video.
Recently Mr. 6915 called the City Inspector claiming that we were saving up the excrement from our two dogs then intentionally spreading it along the fence line. When the inspectors got there, no poop was found. This video was taken because I suspected that maybe Mr. 6915 was planting poop so when he called the inspectors again, they would actually find something.
I didn’t see anything unusual. So, this is just another day Mr. 6915 was on his ladder again doing what ever it is he does. If he were mending the fence that would be understandable but he wasn’t working, he was lurking.
