Mr. 6915 is again blasting our bedroom window with Hispanic music!
At 12:45 I went into our backyard with my phone to document the music playing. I started in the backyard at the fence line near the front of Sharon car and I recorded a walkaround from there all the way around our house to the fence line again only now by the back of Sharon’s car. By doing this and comparing the the sound levels its fairly obvious that the source of the music is coming from under Mr. 6915’s covered parking garage area. Obviously this is as close to our bedroom window as you can get without coming over the fence. Keep in mind that Mr. 6915 used to live this house where we now live so he knows exactly how it’s laid out. He is fully aware that both bedroom windows are facing that fence line. It’s so obvious this music is playing this loud at that stop for one reason, to harass us. He’s trying to get a reaction.
