So, as we can see in the image below the signs are moving around again to circumvent our efforts to cover them up. In the post on x date I showed how we had put up a sheet metal fence to black the signs with faces on them. In that post he moved the signs to the right of the new fence. This caused us to have to build even more sheet metal fencing to again cover up the face signs in their new location. So, what does Mr. 6915 do, you guessed it, he moves the face signs again only now it even more IN YOUR FACE sending a very clear message that he intends to continue to harass us.
Here, you can see we put up our new section of fence to the right of the first section we put up.

Using the car as a reference you can see this is no small sign. AND now it’s on OUR SIDE OF THE FENCE!
Who does this crap to their neighbors?
So, as you can see. No matter how we build our fence to block out his signs, he goes out of his way to put them back in our face.
Talk about going out of your way to bully your neighbors.
This guy is costing me a fortune in stress, time, materials and sadness. He is robbing us of the ability to live free on our own property. He is torturing us. This is deliberate and malicious harassment. It’s never ending and nothing we do makes him stop.
All we can do is sit back and take it and document it.
This is a ridiculous waste of time and energy I should be spending on earning a living.
