Terry calls 311 to report Rebar Causing Flooding
As we can see in that picture 6911’s driveway is literally under the water. The ditch is full on our side but half full in front of 6915. Mr. 6915’s rebar he has installed is trapping leaves and other debris causing this flooding. The rebar has to go so water will flow!
