06/08/2022 Part 2 – Threat with a stick! Land Lord Ambushed!
Since 6915 has been harassing us with false claim repots to the City, I decided to go out and inspect the drains that run under the driveways along the city street by putting a camera through them to generate video evidence of an ongoing REAL VIOLLATION where, every time we have heavy rain, Mr. 6915’s drain pipe holds back water causing the ditch to back up water in to not only our front yard but all the other houses upstream.
While in the process of setting up the camera to run through the drains, Mr. Andy came over to 6911 through the swing gate door between 6907 and 6911 to assist.
At some point Mr. Andy walked out to the city street to look at what I had setup. Ironically, or maybe not, Just as Mr. Andy walks out of the gate, Mr. 6915 pops out from behind the picket fence wilding a very large pipe, or stick in a very aggressive and threatening manor. He’s shaking the stick at Mr. Andy. Keep in mind that from ground level, and from Mr. Andy’s perspective, Mr. 6915 appears out of nowhere as in Mr. Andy thinks he’s being ambushed from a man behind the fence with a big stick.
As we can see in the video below the situation didn’t go well. Mr. Andy isn’t one to back down from a fight. Even if it’s with someone much larger than him with a big scary pipe.

In this video it seems Mr. 6915 was behind his fence peeping through the cracks while listening to Mr. Andy and I talking about the cameras. As soon as Andy walks toward going out of my gate to the right, Mr. 6915 makes his move. You will see him approach Mr. Andy with a pipe in his hand opening the conversation. The point is, he is going out of his way to come at Andy.

What was said between the two was full of curse words. Mr. 6915 opens the conversation with “I will beat your ass” or something to that effect. So, obviously Mr. 6915 was out to start something but backed down fast when his intimidation obviously wasn’t going to work.
I have prepared on word for word document but it’s too colorful to publish in this website. It will be made available to Law Enforcement and other government officials upon request. And of course it may become part of a Civil Case in the near future.
