After that tarp going up this didn’t surprise me. Rather then get shaking mad as usual, I tried to laugh it off until I had to sit down and think about and document it. Then I started getting a little upset. Googled Houston Neighbor Dispute Social Workers. Not much came up. We need to find a way to get Mr. 6915 to the table with a mediator so he and I have a time and place to express our grievances and to figure out what its going to take to give him what he wants and for us to get what we want. We need someone reasonable to mediate this conflict.
