Terry and Mr. 6915 carry on a conversation. We discuss his culvert problem. While the conversation was civil it was fruitless. He refuses to take responsibility. However, he clearly admits there has been an ongoing problem with water backing up. He clearly admits he had put rebar on the intake of the culvert to block trash. He clearly admits he is aware that it makes the water backup when it rains. He refuses to let me show him the video I took where I run a camera through both his and my culvert that shows mine is totally open and his is clogged up.
In this video he climes that he took the fence down has something to do with property values. It’s a strange conversation to say the least.
This video gives the outsider a glimpse on both Mr. 6915 and my, personalities and demeanors.
To me, it shows that there is no reasoning with Mr. 6915 as it seems that logic isn’t something he’s interested in.
It shows his unwillingness to work things out.
