Heavy rains are on the way. I’m forced to go out and yet again, remove the trash can from the city ditch that Mr. 6915 keep putting between the driveways to block the public water flow to intentionally flood our property.

As we can see in that picture 6911’s driveway is literally under the water. The ditch is full on our side but half full in front of 6915. Mr. 6915’s rebar he has installed is trapping leaves and other debris causing this flooding. The rebar has to go so water will flow!
